In this has/have with verb ‘be’ 3rd.form ‘been’ is used.

With main verb ‘ing’ is used.

eg.
AFFIRMATIVE

1. I have been playing.
2. You have been playing.
3. He/She has been playing.
4. We have been playing.
5. They have been playing.

NEGATIVE
EG.

1. I have not been playing.
2. You have not been playing.
3. He/She has not been playing.
4. We have not been playing.
5. They have not been playing.

INTERROGATIVE
eg.

1. Have I been playing ?
2. Have you been playing ?
3. Has he/she been playing ?

NEGATIVE INTERROGATIVE
EG.

1. Have I not been playing ?
2. Have you not been playing ?
3. Has he/she not been playing ?

Has not can also be used as hasn’t and
